Anyone else fed up with the fishing regulations for striped bass 28" - 31" 1 fish. Fluke is now 19" and 3 fish and 19.5" After August 1st.
If our neighboring states had similar regulations it might make sense.
Makes it hard for charter captains and partyboat fleets.

Party boat people better hope people like taking home Sea Robins.
