So how are you supposed to pass these screening processes that want Linkin profile and employe ID?

I do H-VAC work. I don't even know what Linkin is or have employee ID....

What do I gotta make fake profiles and IDs? I'm not simpin hard enough to do all that.

Kind of reminds me of the the job that wants experience....but I can get any experience without getting a job argument.

I had luck with a provider that advertises here, she said light screening. I gave her my UG username. She saw I made a couple posts. Hopefully, I can use her as a reference for another advertising provider. Keep at it, you will eventually be rewarded.

And remember as frustrating as it is, its for their safety.

I've seen like 5 of the providers that advertise here. But this 1 doesn't take referrals.

It is what it is a guess.

Anyway I guess the search continues

Making fake profiles is part of the game...

I meet them on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Reddit, Telegram and What's App and their instant messenger services, plus a Google Voice/Gmail account... this is done for my protection, so that they have resources to verify me, I have an anonymous user account to talk and arrange meetings all without revealing my real life info.

I set up a very basic (laughably so) Linked In profile, being self employed I am not ever revealing my true life identity to have it screwed with. Which has been used any 4 or 5 times to "confirm" my identity (which really doesn't, but it matches all my other fake social media persona's)

I've never given a corporate ID (I don't have one, being self employed). But if you meet a few providers or services (i.e. Learn Talent, Executive Choice, etc) they can be used as references... for one provider I first got "approved" by another provider that knew Nicky No Drip. So don't view it as a total waste of time, but as an investment to get better access/ service.
